This session will be focus on progressing the playing of the game through 5v5, 7v7, 9v9 and 11,11, focusing on the consistencies required throughout. It will demonstrate coaching in a game situation and is for all coaches of all levels including those working in junior football and at senior levels.

We are very grateful to Sutton United FC for the use of their facilities and youth players for this session

This session is open for all members of the Surrey Football Coaches Association to attend.

There is no need to pre-book a place, just turn up and we will be there greet you on your arrival and direct you to the room where we will be for the start of the session.

NB, for the practical part of the session, we will be viewing the session from the main stand.

If you are driving, you can park in the car park behind the grandstand.

About Colin Reid:

Colin delivers excellent coaching demonstrations and we are delighted he is delivering another session for us. He is a senior FA Coach Educator and also a very experienced coach, having worked for 8 seasons at West Ham United Academy, 4 seasons at Tottenham Hotspur Academy, plus Charlton Athletic, Leyton Orient, Macclesfield Town, Stevenage Borough, Whitehawk and Bishop's Stortford. His roles have included Academy Coach, Youth Team Manager, Head of Youth Development, Reserve Team Manager, Assistant Manager and First Team Coach. He has helped nearly 90 players to develop into full professionals of which 9 have represented England at Full International levels. He has also studied coaching in Austria, Poland and Spain.
